Buisness X Street Fashion Photography

Whilst I have been at college I’ve conducted various photoshoots for a lot of different theme. There were two photoshoots that I couldn’t pick between for my portfolio it was either between my last year Earthy Minerals shoot or a new photoshoot called Business X Street.

This was the outcome of my inspiration board which I am very happy with as a first attempt using photoshop. I used a lot of different tools to create this board, such as; copy, paste, lasso tool and the cloning tool.

This is the final inspiration board – which I think is very successful as a first attempt at photoshop and I believe I have shown a variety of different skills in photoshop in the piece of work.

We had redo a photoshoot based on our year one ‘earthy minerals’ outfit. My photoshoot last year was successful. I have taken the photos from last year and created an inspiration board through photoshop in my folder. However, as we had to redo the photoshoot to improve it, I decided to not use my year one outfit and to create my own theme to develop my own photoshoot.

My theme I decided to go for was Business wear made quirky called (Business X Quirky.) I had my model wear all black and white clothing, elasticated hemmed trousers, white shirt, Adidas trainers and a black Drop Shoulder coat. I also made my models makeup very distinctive especially her eyebrows I made it show a unique expression.

After a lot of consideration, I have decided to include the Business X Street Style in my portfolio. In my opinion I think this photoshoot looks a lot more professional. I like the fact the photography is in black & white as its portrays the theme more.
